Evening all.

I've had a busy day, back and forth to St Nicks (I wasn't even at work today!), then I dropped into see Spandex, who kindly greased my brakes for me...

Yes really. It's a Shimano roller brake and apparently needs greasing internally every 6 months. I've had the bike about 5 years, and never done it. No wonder it was making a nasty noise!

I oiled the chain on Tiddles, he doesn't squeak now.

Gromet, those fumes are bad for you.
I knew someone who, on an arts course, was doing pyrography on MDF. No one told her it was carcenogenic. She now wheezes and coughs quiet a bit. Didn't stop her smoking though!

Something like that, with the rest being particles too small to cough back out. I hate the stuff but it is useful so I have a resperator when I use it.

I am having 4 mini sausage rolls with my salad not just any sausage rolls mind they are M&S sausage rolls to go with my M&S salad ................. did I mention I was having salad
