Ok, ok, but only because it's snowing

Is a 40 mile round trip in the snow worth it for a free coffee (S promised if I make it) and some of the most delicious cakes and other grub in the south west?

40 Miles in the snow ....... no

Just had a look outside and Its nice here, it is cold and there is a bit of frost and the bird bath is frozen but other than that it is ok. I will check what the temp gauge on my car says in a bit as I have to deliver a PC back to a customer, but from the look of it I think I will go out for a :bicycle: later.

It's not proper snow so I'll have a go. Might have to treat myself to cake AND a bacon butty if I make it :hungry:

Last week on my saturday ride I stopped at my fav cafe in the middle of nowhere that is frequented by lots of cyclists and I had scrabbled egg on toast and a large chocolate covered short cake biskit :mrpig: and a pot of tea :cuppa: it was very nice.

Oh yes and there were no other cyclists in so I got stared at by all the old bids in there as well  then when I left I got surrounded by all the chickens because everytime I put my hands into my pockets they thought I was going to feed them, so there were lots of chickens doing the funny chicken sprinting thing they do across the lawn. When I left the cafe they were all lined up on the doorstep coz it was the only place the sun was shining on so there was a kind of chicken scrum you had to get through to leave.

Oooh, is that a typo, or do you call them scrabbled eggs. It's a good name for them.
