Morning :hello:

Have warmed up a bit now I've defrosted :cold:, the :sun: is trying to peek out but not sure if it'll manage it.
Had my :cuppa: and toast and am about to hit the river (bank not water) hopefully :bicycle:

Mornings!!
Off out for a ride myself. Just not quite sure where to go...
Other than somewhere I can get breakfast. That much is certain.

Sounds nice apart from the tomato.
Corrianda - is that anything like coriander, then??
*ducks*

I have discovered that my lemon sorbet-that-went-a-bit-wrong works very nicely if you break it up, add rum and lemonade, and stir well.
Sort of like an instant Daiquiri

:hello:

I've been MTBing in the Quantocks. Scraped the mud off in the bath and done my laundry, Somerset mud is very persistent, my tshirt is, I suspect, permanently tattooed with the marks of the mud splatters. And my socks will never be the same again.

Settling down for a nice :cuppa: and some pasta/pesto before going to the shops.

Did a little 17 mile jaunt down the river, and I didn't fall off once
How rubbish is that? I managed twice. :wahhey:

Just a 12 miler with my new cycling partner, was more of a test adjust ride for him, but he loved every minute of it

The bad news is, while I was fettling his seat position on his new bike, my bike fell over with a gust of wind and got "SCRATCHED":cry::cry::cry: I'm sulking now into my coffee

If I'd realised that I've done 198.5 miles so far this year, I'd've kept going a pesky 1.5 miles further!

Tea? [Potsy and Jo, how do you manage to cycle so effortlessly far?.. and as for Ian R, words fail me!]

:hello:
MTBing in the Quantocks.

I think you can get pills for that.

Just been out for a wander round in the sun, in short sleeves, and then a final coffee and cake before NT heads back over the hills and far away.

We've put buckles on another dozen belts, so now I have a whole lot of hole punching to do! Or is that a hole lot of whole punching...

And I improved my sewing machine experience by 100% this weekend by buying some of that grippy rubber mat to put it on, so now it doesn't slip about on the table when I turn the handle.

 Has to happen at some point Norman.

On my part it's my athletic prowess, don't know about Jo

Today's ride was limbo dancing free
