I have been out for a short ride getting my Chihuahuahuahua used to her little basket on the front of my bike, so she can now come with me on my many epic journeys

Wasn't it born with legs? .. Oh I forget them little Hamsters are born with the shakes ... top Tip : balance a glass of milk on it's back, add a spoonful of banana milk shake powder, sit back and relax while the milk shaker does it's work

I've cut the grass this afternoon, taken all the rubbish to the recycling dump, walked 8 miles yesterday, ridden 27 miles on Friday night.... and now, quietly sitting here with a cuppa, coughed and pulled a muscle. Life's not fair... don't make me laugh, please, I can't laugh. Ow.

A few years back, I did 50 hilly miles one Sunday morning, with no problems at all. Later that day, I got out of the bath, slipped, fell and dislocated my shoulder. Ouch.
It's not that cycling's dangerous - not cycling is dangerous!!

Both granddaughters fast asleep, now I can watch live NASCAR on tv and my speedway team on live updates ... time for a too ... fresh coffee anyone (except speicher as she always complains)

Yes it was coffee although I think you got the laxative laced one, which was intended for my son, who keeps stealing my coffee, but never replaces it ... you don't need extra toilet rolls do you? I have the soft charmin ones

It was quite strong, and tasted a bit sort of um.. muddy, was it fresh ground that morning?
