I was in the workshop earlier cutting a bit of thin steel sheet with a powered nibbler. The nibbler was a bit as it chomped its way around.

Bit difficult when the bike is at the other end of the tracks!

I have just finished repairing an old SIP 140A arc welder including adding a cooling fan and re-terminating the cables. It should be a nice welder to use. It served me well over 25 years ago until I bought my first MIG welder.

It will be gifted to St Nick's, where Arch works. It will save me dragging mine back and forth if they need anything repairing. I have a decent hand held welding shield but still have to dig out some gauntlets, which I know I have spares of somewhere.

Nearly time for dinner.

Yeah, and 90% of it is uphill, each way....

If I set off as soon as I left work, I might get to NT's for midnight I suppose, and then have to leave Sunday morning to get back. I think I prefer actually having some time together....

I may have just had a Big Mac meal.

Oh, and I found an umbrella on the way up from the station. More bag linings!
