Where can I get one of those really tiny blokes to walk up and down my lathe?^_^

Just got home as the heavens opened :rain:someones looking after me

Can also confirm that disc brakes are very good in the wet, as a very kind lady in a car pulled out of a car park and right in front of me  forcing me into a mild panic, she did apologise and reverse back for me to continue
I should really have kicked her car door in and gone into a foul mouthed rant, I could then have posted in 'commuting'

Sausage & egg on toast, with a :cuppa: for dinner (proper dinner, not your poncy evening dinner)

Good that you didn't, I think she realised her mistake without thinking cyclists are nutters.
Even I know a lot of them are, I think I'm getting less tolerant of selfish cyclists the older I get, being on this new shift pattern I see lots more of them, the amount that have no regard for the 'rules of the road' is staggering.
I have a particular  at the moment for those that jump up onto the kerb to get around the red lights, and those who just rlj at every oppurtunity

Better get the bike ready for tomorrows 'unofficial' forum ride, de-weighting it as much as possible, think I will need all the help I can get after the last few weeks pigginess :mrpig:

That really winds me up too. If I have to get past a red light that won't change I get off and walk it.

I hope you enjoy the ride, weather won't be good though, mudguards and wetsuit I think.

Guards are on, rack and panier is coming off in favour of a much smaller lighter saddle bag
I'm sure the cafe stop will make up for getting wet :hungry: last time we were there we left puddles on the floor, it can't be as bad as that day (he says, crossing fingers) :surrender:

I think I live in somekind of parallell universe. On Wednesday there was a large van who was giving way for a bus to pull out. The same bus driver then gave way to me, as I was waiting to turn right. Everybody seems very keen here on giving way if at all possible. ^_^

It looked like it might be dry today, so I was going to do some gardening. There are now intermittent showers, so I might do some sewing instead.

Please note, that I am slowly recovering my equilibrium. ^_^ This is after the shock of seeing one of Night Train's lower legs, without having been forewarned that the photo would be posted.

I am also trying to do some tidying up, and de-cluttering. If anyone would like to help, you may.
