Digressing a little, I remember what a treat Philadelpia was when I was little. We got it in tiny little foil wrapped blocks, as I recall we got about half an ounce each.

Got hooked on Philly in Barnes and Noble bookstore on 5th avenue.
It has a great cafe and I was a toasted Bagel with Philly virgin until then...with tea that it.
Unfortunately I have sunk to deeper depths...I ave it with a Latte.

Mmmmmm reheated Chilli ans rice with wraps for tea - easy peasy
