Nihal, it's worked wonders! I still feel a bit feverish and headachey, but the throat feels better than it has done for a while...

I've just been researching Swedish Glace, which is the non-dairy icecream we use (NT being Lactose intolerant), and found that they now do 4 flavours, plus cornetto and magnum-a-likes.

Today I went for a and it was and I was and I have now gone past the mileage I did for the whole of last year I went out just after lunch and was out all afternoon and there was loads and loads and loads of people out on their bikes much more than I usually see.
