Morning all.....wakey wakey it's 11.15am here and you are all asleep. Just done a few laps of the open air pool. Now off to town in search of proper coffee. Hope your epic ride goes well Potsy. Hope NT and Arch are feeling better.

Still got a sore throat, but feel a little less actually ill today, which is handy, because we need to sort out some labels and stuff for a craft fair next weekend. I'm going to have to just keep sipping a constant selection of soothing beverages.



NT is just making bacon sandwiches.

A bit, but so far the black Earl Grey tea with fresh ginger slices and honey is the nicest medicinal drink. Might even think of drinking it when I'm not ill!
