Well what a lovely day got out at about 8:30 and did 91 very hilly miles :heat: in the :sun: except when I went past Bolton Abbey and it :rain: very briefly. I now hurt in places that I could do without hurting in and my legs feel like they are still pedaling but I dont care coz it was so :sun:

I see Lisa is back :hello:

I am now going to mow the lawn.

Oh yes and I have now gone over my first target of 2000 miles for the year so now onto 3000 and I have managed to do 210 miles in the last 9 days which is quite good for me I cant usually find the time so YAY ME :hyper:

:hello: I have returned home after my jollidays.

There was no delays at the airport, no problems at passport control. Most important, no one at security insisted that I take off my boots, jumper , watch  and  trouser belt, before proceeding through the x ray machine thingy. Furthermore, I have not got loads of washing to do. ^_^

Have I missed anything?

Last year, before I'd sorted a new wardrobe but had lost the weight, I had to go through security at Belfast International airport.

I did warn them my trousers would fall down if I took the belt off and didn't hold them up.

Well ... belt off ... 'beep' goes the machine ... "please raise your arms sir" ...

Have I missed anything?

Yes - some people have their CC jerseys (not me) and they appear to have been on a communal doughnut eating session ^_^

He is. At this rate, he'll be able to tap dance by next week.

Which is odd, because he couldn't tap dance before...

<hoik>

:cuppa:?

I'm enjoying a cuppa and a cheese and ham sandwich having driven back from NT's. Later, I'll go out for some shopping. A tiny logical voice in my head says I should use the car, and do a big shop. However a much bigger voice says that as the car is parked about 4 times as far away as the shop is, this would be of limited value!

  Could you go to a different shop that is further away?

No, because I want to use my Nectar point vouchers!

Anyway, I'd have to walk back to the car, drive to the shop, drive back to park, then carry shopping home!

No, I'll go in a minute or two. Well, maybe a few more, I think I need to rest my eyes for a little while.. :tired:

I feel quite let down now it's all over. Like when you go back to work after Christmas and New Year.

Still, as someone quoted on YACF, Don't be sorry that it's over, be happy that it happened.
