I'm having an experiment for dinner. Pumpkin spaghetti carbonara. Boosted with the leftover cream from yesterday. And leftover pumpkin obviously, I think that's going to feature all week.

Day one - right way round, right side out
Day two - right way round, inside out
Day three - wrong way round, right side out
Day four - wrong way round, inside out.
Rinse and repeat.
