Ok, so here's the thing. I wouldn't have chosen pink perhaps, but there is no choice of colour!:

The little dimples inside fill easily, especially when the mix is piped in:

And after 4 minutes, you've got ickle buns!

Turn them out to cool:

And then once cool (and preferably actually cold from the fridge or icebox), dip and decorate!:

I made a one egg mix. and that made 14 bunlets. Great fun! I need to get the hang of fondant icing, I made it a bit too runny I think and it was hard to make it stay on. But the chocolate worked well! I reckon you could make a big batch and freeze them, and decorate at leisure.

I had to try one of course, in the interests of quality control. Very nice! :hungry:

Food on sticks, it's a winner every time. We are definitely having these at the wedding!

This is an excellent idea. ^_^

I suggested to NT that I should arrange the making and decorating of these, to be served at the reception, as a hen night activity. He wisely pointed out that a) the taking of alcohol might make the decoration a bit hit or miss and b) the likelihood of any of them making it to the reception was slim.^_^

I think I might agree with the first statement, and I definitely agree with the second part of his statement. ^_^
