Takes me back several a couple of decades.

Pasta here. Was going to have omelette but that seemed like too much effort.

I am definitely allergic to something I have been eating or drinking. The GP couldn't help except to say I should monitor everything I eat until I see a pattern, but also it could be more then one thing that is affecting me.
Swollen lower lip now and some red bumps on my arms and hips.

I may have to take antihistamines every time I get a tingle in my mouth, if not daily.
This is both silly and annoying!
