And when she catches you, you'll stay that wayIt's OK, Jo......by the time Wol has fired up her puter, I'll been long gone![]()
No, I think I'm safe. She wouldn't do anything that would raise her blood pressure (or mine)![]()

Here you are......what happened?
I hope this lurgy isn't going to spread to everyone on this thread.
GWS Arch & Night Train & Potsy & anyone else who's under the weather.![]()
I think it is an on off thing as I am going from being fine for a while to.
Right now my skin hurts to the touch and my joints ache.
Both my folks have been to the GP and have antibiotics. I don't know if it is bacterial or viral, no point in seeing the GP if it is viral.
On the subject of names (leading on from the Muffy thread), I was sitting in the waiting area of the chemist this morning, minding my own business and lost in a book while waiting for my prescription. Gradually, in my consciousness, I can hear my name being gently called several times, the way one does when trying to gently rouse someone after surgery. I gradually lift my mind from my book and back to reality only to find a woman next to me attempting to call her toddler back from investigating too far behind the counter!
It really does seem that every kid and their dog is named after me nowadays!![]()
Where's mine?Yes, let me makefor both of you
Don't know if this article is mentioned elsewhere, but...

Sounds exactly like what TVC and I have had. Lots ofNT
Apparently. NT's doctor said it was a virus. Can you pick them up from computers?
I spoke to my Mum earlier, and had to reason with her not to come and look after me. For a start, I'd feel compelled to try and tidy up...
I've just had some comfort food from my childhood for dinner. Smash, with an egg mixed into it. Mum used to make us that when we had mumps or whatever. In a moment, I'll make another tea, and have the last of the individual lemon cheesecakes I got in Sainsburys on Monday. I'm hoping there's Vitamin C in the lemon curdy bit on top.
