Here is a selection of snowmen seen on my travels today (may take a couple of mins to up load them from my phone)

We don't have many kids around here so there is a complete lack on snowmen, may be some in back gardens but nothing on show

Wasn't much fun walking to work this morning, I wore my over trousers and walking boots. I was nice and toastie when I arrived but it was rather icy on the pavements.

Evenings!!
Bit of a :cold: one today. I didn't fancy :bicycle:in the snow - last time I did I had to stop for an unintended lie down:B)
So I walked to work instead. Four miles I've walked today!!

Ooh, how are you cooking them?

Better than expected! I rinsed them, made a cut just behind the head and dragged it away with the knife to bring out the innards (although they're tiny so probably wouldn't even notice them). Then draped them across some flour, salt and pepper, before shallow frying in olive oil for about 3 minutes each side.

Ate the first batch with tomato ketchup and was nicely surprised how nice they were - reminded me of deep fried anchovies I'd had in Italy. So for the second batch I did the same but added some chilli flakes to the oil, and sat them on the best soy sauce we've found for a fishy oriental treat.

And probably more than 20 of the little blighters for less than the price of a tin of sardines. As long as I don't 'refund' them over the next 24 hours I'll be buying them again.

Sounds nice!:hungry:

I'm tucked up in bed with :cuppa:, and trying not to open the bag of Malteasers I brought back from NT's.
