Preach on brother. I know in my business I am making just enough money to live on but nothing left over for reinvestment and I cant raise my prices, in fact I havent been able to raise my prices in 8 years .

We work in engineering and it is very up and down. Last year 10 people left, 6 were redundancies. Now we are busy again but for how long is anyones guess. Suppliers and customers have gone over the past few years, not good.

Hello Jo!

I think I put on a pound at lunchtime alone - I caved in and had a pasty to go with my noodles and sandwich. That's quite a lot of carbs. I just wanted to afterwards.

I've spent most of the last week sleeping, or so it seems, so haven't had a chance to do too much . Bought some creme eggs today to make up for it.
