I have a rotten headache today.

However, I have my car back!
Murts managed to reduce the cost to below £400 by finding me some savings on the parts and labour.

I had to apologise for being late though. It takes a lot longer to get there when my auto pilot sets itself for York instead of Hebden Bridge.

Back from walking the dog: just having lunch (soup with bread sans butter ) then just got to decide where to ride this afternoon. Definitely going to wear my windproof jacket and not the winter one like yesterday.

Wol, I need a connoisseur's opinion...........what do you think of Chris Froome's knees?

I'm not quite sure whether to like him or not

Chris Froome's legs would be far too spindley. He is far too thin for me to even consider looking at his knees.

I much prefer a chunkier build on a man. There was a close up of Fabian's very brown knees in one of the Tour of Oman highlights programmes.
