Its a very good weed free piece of land, have to move a fence to divide it up but apart from that it's going to be OK. :-)

Will Pete have to build you half a shed to put on it?

Congratulations...

Just back from a ride out with the East Yorks posse. Did anyone notice a disturbance on the forum about 1.30ish? Admin was showing off how he can turn the forum off from his phone... :becool:

And Cathryn and hubby Richard joined us - they parked at Stamford Bridge and rode into Pocklington and out with us, 10 miles each way. And she is so very, very pregnant.... I'm so impressed! That baby will be born cycling.

Good for you Gromit. I have a small plot myself and really enjoy the good food that comes off it. It is interesting that there are a number of members of this forum who also have allotments - healthy food, healthy exercise and all that.

I tried but had to give up our kitchen garden.:becool:

The problem being that the neighbouring gardens are full of japanese knotweed, bindweed and the park behind my house full of huge plane & sycamore trees, so I was in constant battle with unwanted plants and trees. Turn your back for a second and they'd start cropping up absolutely everywhere. Grrr.

Can I get a hot lemon & honey please, I keep getting the tell tale signs that
I'm coming down with a cold.

Passes a hot toddy to tdr1nka.

Wish I hadn't got up to early this morning, I'm unable to learn the plants through falling a sleep. Night night all.

Mornings!!

I have a couple of wet pussies.

Both Francis & Marble have just come in from the garden and they are soaking wet. They are also whinging about it.

*splutter*

Horrible grey day first thing - I was just heading off to work when it went all monsoonal, so I waited a bit.
Still had to ride through a flooded underpass though. Sploosh!

Morning! Afternoon! Just popping in for a quick cuppa before I head off to a meeting.

Had lots of tea with Arch yesterday and she lived up to her title of 'Queen of Cake'. And we had much fun with Admin. 'Look, I can turn the forum off at the flick of a switch!'

All damp roads and blue skies here in Sarf London.

It's gonna rain again now I've said that isn't it?;)

Time for a quick tea before I venture out to the Job Centre to tell them their job, again!;)
