Evening! Can I get anyone a cuppa?

The weather seems to have taken a turn for the better today. We even had blue skies at one point! Good job as I was in danger of hibernating. I seem to have spent all my evenings recently curled up under a blanket on the sofa ploughing my way through a box set of the West Wing. There are worse ways to spend time but still...

At one point? We had absolutely clear blue skies all day, and at lunchtime the centre was so warm, thanks to the south facing glass front, that I was down to t-shirt (and trousers, of course....)

<hands over cuppa>

Now, what chance of it being nice tomorrow? I have a potential date with three wheels if it's nice.

I was stuck in meetings all morning so didn't notice until lunchtime:sad:. Shame it was dark for my commute home.

Oh well, if it's any consolation, it was dark for my commute home too....

I ought to work out how far I walked today, to make the total for the week - although today was a Beryl day, so it was patchy walking (mostly delivering leaflets. I hate letterboxes)

I think I need to go for a lie-down in a dark, quiet room and sip a soothing cuppa...

WCMnr is now insured to drive my car... so I can give him some driving experience during the Christmas hols...

I hope Herman forgives me.

Good luck with the driving lessons, I much preferred learning with my mum - she was calmer than my dad.

I'm drinking tea in bed with a cat for company and enjoying not being at work on a weekend for the first time in weeks

Mornings!!!

I'm up and having my first cuppa of the day having sorted felines & hens prior to sorting self. Everyday I wake with a cat for company as Waffles sees her nighttime spot as curling up next to me

In the winter months I start off with three on the bed as they want to keep warm but usually only one stops on all night.

That's my indicator of how cold it gets during the winter, if it's a 1-cat, 2-cat or 3-cat night

Its always a one cat night for us, Billa demands that she's the only cat. She would kill any other cat we got.

Trying not to panic about the soil science essay, two days to go and still loads left to do. Help..... Hides behind sofa, hoping it will go away.

I'll leave the Dancing to you, if that's ok... I'll catch the last few minutes to see who goes out, just before the lotto and Casualty....

Pizza for me tonight....
