It's a real sod getting them to stay still while you roll the tortilla around them.
You need a really thick tomato sauce to hold the furry little buggers in place, and stop them eating the grated cheese.
In the oven at 180 degrees.

Culinary update - we went with "caviar d'aubergines roti", rather than sweet potato. One of those jars in the cupboard we weren't quite sure what to do with... Worked a treat.

Vegetarian Pizzas make a nice change sometimes.
They're doing half price "healthy options" pizzas in the CoOp and I reckon you'd need to eat twice as many to get full so it's not really a good deal.
Chinchillas came up in conversation last week and I didn't know they had to have sand baths because they can't dry out if they get wet. It has to be special Chinchilla sand as well apparently.
Hope you don't mind but can I ask for a little bit of sympathy? Bit sore after bouncing and sliding on the tarmac this morning at speed. I was lucky in my landing but am peed off for not being more careful.
