Sharing Waffles is not so much as problem as sharing the walnut whips.
There are 8 waffles, but I have put some in the freezer for Spandex later.

Teas are on me!

My new frame just got delivered, and I'm collecting the other bits together to build up my first fixed.

It'll also be the first bike I've built up from scratch.

Hoorah! There's nothing like starting with a bare frame and making a bike out of it.

Well, except perhaps sitting back and letting someone else do it, preferably with the instruction "you know what I need, make it happen!", while you drink tea...

I should be taking charge of something shiny myself this weekend...
