It's a bit  here in The Beautiful South. I'm huddled around my mug at the moment slurping all the warmth from my tea.
Anyone like one?

I was overdressed today, it's quite sunny and warm here in the Crapital.;)

Been quite mild here too following this morning's ice adventures.

Up until now at least...

Still, should warm up quick enough as we tackle some more wallpapering, then off to the local fro the quiz! ;)

Teateateateateatea! I need a cuppa, I just spent 45 minutes driving a hire van back to Budget, a trip I could have cycled in 15 mins if I tried hard...

How the heck do people commute in traffic like that everyday without going mad. Oh yes, most of them do go mad....

Anyway, got my tea now. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Has something at work broken down again? The little yellow vehicle for instance?

She was having a brake issue, leading to her coming back on Tuesday with smoking wheels.... All fixed now, and 4 new tyres too.

Having a van is a right pain, esp down the little narrow Southbank streets. Still, no problems with low height barriers this time  (it was the same van, and the dent is still there, along with several more in the meantime. The beauty of Budget....)

Morning Ian. Tea? or something stronger?

'Ningles!!!

There was snow on the ground this morning
I'm now commuting on the single speed as the front mech on my hack has seized. It is beyond the power of oil, WD40 and large hammers to make it shift.
Tea?

Hello my special Speicher...
Not too bad thank you very much. Henry has turned out to be a very good feeder and sleeper. We feed him at 10pm then to bed for him, he wakes up at about 2.30am, another feed, straight back to sleep, then awake again about 6.30am and back to sleep again. He's not a crybaby at all. We hear him stirring and smacking his lips, maybe a little whinge.. but he waits patiently for his feed bless him.

Ahhh he sounds quite wonderful. ;)

Have you mastered the washing machine and the dishwasher yet? Did Mrs Ianrauk need to draw you some diagrams? I have no idea what work you do, but understand that domestic science is an advanced subject.

(Possibly even rocket scientists struggle with domestic sciency sort of stuff) ...

Washing machine I had a few goes to get it right.with a few pained "Yes! No's!" from Wendy.. Dishwasher... can't be arsed, good old sink with hot water and washing liquid seems to do just as good job and is quicker. This weekends project is mastering the upright thing in the corner called 'Dyson'

I would have thought dishwasher science was easier than laundry science.

Mugs and cups in the top rack. Plates and bowls in the bottom rack, with saucepans upside down. Not sure about Henry's feeding bottles. I am not good at Mummy science.

My biskit science is excellent - dark choc suggestive?

Did have a disaster on the Tyrrells crisp front - they had sold out in the shop I go to.;)
