I was told the same. Too much tea gave me slightly high levels of Uric Acid which can lead to gout. So have halved my tea consumption.

Are we still serving tea in here or do I have to ask for some de-caffeinated beverage?

For once the weather has done the right thing. I've had a gloriously sunny weekend down in the Wye Valley and it's now grey and drizzly now I'm back in the office.

Afternoons!!
Having had glorious sunniness in South Wales (a phrase I never thought I'd be using!!) It's now a bit cloudy over the office.
Nice and warm though, said he getting back from a short ride in shirtsleeves.

I'll take some of that full-throttle brew.

I was on the big brother Audax yesterday. I felt fine when I finished, but I just feel sleepy now.

Anyway I've been pointed at herbal tea xx( So I thought maybe caffiene free is the answer. I've found this http://www.whittard.co.uk/store/cat...SC20CF/Decaffeinated-Breakfast-Tea-105098.raa

Any good do you think? Or any other (helpful) suggestions?

I'm gasping but am on orange squash

My Mum likes to keep her caffienated tea intake down - too much in the second half of the day and she doesn't sleep well. She has Clipper decaf I think, and TBH, when I'm there, I don't notice the difference.

Phil. Phil!

He's asleep again.

PHIL!

How are you today? I woke bright and early at 7, probably my body glad of a lie in after yesterdays 5.30 getting up time. Glad to report I don't ache anywhere. I'm noticing this year, I tend not to feel any ill effects like aches or pains after a long ride, I think the base fitness is gradually increasing. That and riding more miles 'bent.

Tea anyone?
