Hurrah! Lost 3lbs this week. Back on the downward slope after weeks of static due to ill-health.

My weight loss has plateaued a bit - I suspect beer has been one culprit, and creeping portion sizes and pies-at-lunchtime are another....

I'd pin my hopes on my summer tour, but it's not possible to lose weight in France....

Good grief. Just had a visit from WCMnr, taking a short break from revision and coming home to have a cup of tea with his old mum. I was pleasantly gobsmacked!
