Would it really be worth the effort of putting any cakes in a cake tin in Tea?

I think not, taking into consideration their short life span.

It's very much worthwhile using a cake tin at mum and dads. Their chocolate lab ate the first half of the wedding cake they left on the side recently.
They gave her a stomach pump as it was a boozy one and they didn't want her getting pished and singing throwing up.

Ooh, I think I'll have to try that this week Arch. I've got some salmon in the freezer which needs using up.

Yeah, I'm making it up as I go along a bit, but that usually works out for me.

Stirfry - the ideal thing to cook on my newly immaculate hob...

Is it actually made of chocolate?
I could cope with a dog that moults chocolate all over the place. It'd gum up the vaccum cleaner something 'orrible, mind...

Did someone mention cake?

My M-in-Law has made some fruit cake. She is embarrased that the fruit sank to the bottom  . I don't worry about such niceties as long as there is plenty.

Nice tin BTW Speicher  Will you be making a cake that thick? :?: :?:

*Hoick!!*

Afternoons!!
I have been doing a rather damp and encumbered-by-headwinds ride. St Neots - Great Staughton (and I was Greatly Staughtered by the time I got there) - Grafham Water - Buckden - St Neots. I was going to continue on to St Ives, but I decided against it.
Did get a rather welcome bacon-sarny-and-mug-of-Tea in St Neots though

Am I allowed in here with a mug of hot chocolate? It's accompanied by a couple of mini chocolate muffins:tongue:. It's a bit cold and blustery out but I've been out for a quick jaunt on the bike.

It's a non cycling long weekend for me so my legs are getting really achey and twitchy.

Only the ride to Croydon on Tuesday to look forward to.:bicycle:

Tea anyone, I presume Helen, you're still on the cocoa?

At what time of day does hot chocolate become cocoa? Surely it's not possible to have cocoa unless you're heading to bed??

I'd like a cup of cocoa please, the only ride I've done today was to buy a tin of paint. Rest of the day has been painting the shed door and prepping the front wall ready for painting and trying to follow a conversation with the lady next door. A proper talker, she's very eldery and talks to the floor in her very well kept Irish accent. Quietly and quickly.

Then overheard a phone call taken by someone who should have gone inside for a bit of privacy. They weren't shy about mouthing off. :bicycle: and I do mean :ohmy:
