That's fighting talk if ever I heard it!!!!
I actually haven't had any Earl Grey for a few weeks...
I do have Dandelion and Burdock in the fridge, though. And Vimto.

I'm drinking a couple of cups of White Tea in the morning - along with the EPO and then a couple of pots of coffee.
In the evening it is at least two cups of vanilla rooibos.

My doc. is prescribing me Pro Plus as a result...warding off fuddyduddyitis!

Hot and sunny if a little breezy here in Londinium. But looks like cloud is rolling in.

I like redbush. Make a nice change.

If you're trying it for the first time, make it quite weak. The taste is a bit unusual at first.

Might have a cup now actually.

Mrs Uncle Phil grew up in South Africa. We drink rooibos tea quite often.

It is a bit of an acquired taste, but you're allowed to have milk and sugar in it if you want. It won't stew, so South Africans will leave it brewing for ten or fifteen minutes before drinking it. (Need a hot climate, a tea cosy or a stove).

Good for drinking before you go to bed: no caffeine.

Helen, I have an odd question for you. Have you ever been photographed in a university library with an oriental girl, holding some books?

Not that I remember. Where did you see it?

It's on the front of a leaflet advertising the Queens College, Cambridge, Adopt a Book scheme. I found it in the recycling....

It might have been a few years ago. Unless you have a very similar younger sister?

I had redbush tea at my sisters once. Thought it was ok, but I wanted a cup of proper afterwards.

Phil, the party was quite good, if a bit crowded at first - You'd have been alright, you could have seen over the people. Mrs Uncle Phil would have been like me, fighting through a mass of people and tripping over hippy dogs and small children.

It was all very Muesli Belt.

And the banana waffle was lovely. I would eat more bananas if I had someone on hand to chop them onto waffles and cream.
