Wotcha!

Just back in from Leicester. I have sunburned upper arms from wearing a sleeveless top, and sunburned upper legs, from wearing a miniskirt...

Time for tea...

Just seen the pics.

You'll need tea after seeing that pic... ;)

The latest Oli-ism:

His dinner was a risotto, with peas in it amongst other things. Oli was refusing to eat the peas, despite happily eating them before. Sis was cajoling him a bit, saying 'but you like peas!' and so on. In a strop, he muttered into his dinner...

"You can't make me eat that... bad woman stuff!"

We have no idea what bad woman stuff is. I guess he was trying to find something really bad to say, and ran out of steam a bit!

Right, I have knitting to get on with. I have the wool for Max's hoodie.

No one drinking tea today? Blimey.

I'm just about to make a prawn curry for supper. I'll put the kettle on while I'm in the kitchen...

Hoik!

My extended ride home to day was punctuated with a short break to watch a combine harvester doing a field of barley by the cyclepath. I stopped so that I could take a picture for Oli, but I was surprised to see a few other people stop to watch too. I suppose it's a little bit out of the ordinary, and who wouldn't want to watch a combine harvester?

It was a bit dusty, downwind...

Tea?

I sat in the one at work, didn't go out in it though because it was in the barn. They have many many steps to climb up.

I've just put up a blog entry with pics.... ;)

I was pleased with it, but there were also many other very good outfits.

Nice pics Arch. Looks like you had a good day for it too. Now I don't think you should go as an Edwardian next time. How about an Archer  You know - off the radio

I sold something on e-bay today :wahhey: First time for everything. I'm no longer an e-bay virgin . Anyway I got a tenner for our old gas fire. Better than landfill I reckons...........

Oli expressed a desire to drive one at Christmas, when he got a model one as a present.

I must get a pic of me in Beryl to show him...

25x26 - which Archer do you think I'd be best at? (I'll allow you to suggest an Archer, and a non-Archer...)

If you say Lynda Snell or Vicky, you're dead.

Ningles!!!

Just got back from the WNRttP, which was a little chillier than I'd have preferred once the sun went down.
The pint of Staropramen didn't warm me up all that much. I shall have to have a bath instead :cold:

In Staropramen? Won't that be expensive, and a little sticky?

Landers! Long time no see? How are you, and how's the house coming along?

I'm fine thanks - just been out modelling electric bikes.

Not wearing the miniskirt, thankfully.
