Cheers! Just about to log off, wash up, and put the kettle on. Had an ommelette for tea, but it's left me fancying some toast. Luckily, I have bread, and an electric thing with slots in. A question to leave you with - why does the crumb tray on a toaster never, ever, ever, cover the entire area of the bottom of the toaster, meaing you still get overspill?

I should think that Arch is in need of a cold shower, after seeing Matt on Strictly come Dancing.

:hyper: < added this as he was doing the Charleston

I am not sure whether I would like to dance with Robin Windsor, or Artem. Felicity and Pamela were excellent. I am not brave enough, or am I??? to start a thread about Strictly, or if someone has already started such a thread.

Have you started one? I've missed ALL of Strictly so far, but need to start watching ASAP...I might have a brew and then start a thread

No, Baggy, I have not started a thread on Strictly. I know it is not everyone's cup of tea  but in that case, they do not need to read the thread.

Feel free to start a thread, and I will join in.

Please tell Chuffy how surprised I am that he does not like Strictly. He seems to like dancing and wearing close-fitting garments. Must admit I have not seen his hip action tho'.
It would probably get him voted off quite early

Can I interest anyone in some Turkish Cay?
That C should have a sadilla caddila sadila saddila wiggly bit under it.

Since it's such a nice afternoon here I shall go out for a short :bicycle:
It'll have to be a short one as I got up at 0300 UK time and I'm a little
tired.gif

Oh yesssssssssss.

He's a very... flexible chap, isn't he?

I decided I like the Charleston best - not just because of Matt. It's just so jolly.

Just back in from a ride out to Pocklington to see my boss go up for a ride in a glider - his birthday present from us. He loved it - but it was a bit nippy watching, and I had a headwind all the way home...

As we left, the wind blew me along the flying club driveway a bit, so I put both arms out, flapped, and hummed the Dambusters March.

Hope you didn't drop any bombs Arch

But what a super autumn day. Pedalling consumed most of my day. But the cold weather seems to suck the power out of me terribly these days. I just can't get up hills.

Tea?

You bet! Tea, not bombs.

The first cup I made when I got in, didn't touch the sides. The second seems to have gone the same way. Time for number three!

One day, I'd love to organise a trike formation team. You'd need a big tarmac area, and some way for the audience to view from a balcony or something, raised up. The trikes could wear fake wings, painted up to look like the Red Arrows. Heck, with model technology as it is, they could have smoke trails. They could be a cross between the Arrows, and the White Helmet motorcycle display team.
