I am surprised you hear anything at all with a buff and a Santa hat covering your ears. ;)

And my ear phones in with Guns n Roses at full volume

Leo is currently keeping my feet warm. I have the audacity to want to put my feet on the footstool that he thinks is currently the most comfortable place. He is radiating a not inconsiderable warmth.

They do come in handy in the cold weather, mine are taking it in turns to warm up my thighs/stomach/chest depending on where they get comfy.
F.A. has taken control of the cat bed and Puma is taking refuge under the coffee table, they are eating for England too, must be fattening themselves up for winter like me

I went to watch the Harry Potter film today.
It was quite good, not as bad as many of the reviews made out at all.

I tried to watch the previous one on DVD before hand but it kept freezing up. Annoying as I had bought it as soon as it was available but never watched it until now. I'll have to get a cheap version and swap the discs.

Perhaps it was the dark magic of he who must not be named....

Having seen a 'making of' programme about it, I must say, hasn't Daniel Radcliffe grown into a nice looking young man....

Watched the first film the other week, forgot how young they all were back then.
Not a film I'd go out to see but will watch on DVD when it comes out.

The local cinema gets films about six months later than everywhere else. I think it is because they are not part of a massive Franchise or whatever. It is worth waiting, as it seats only about 300 people, and is very comfortable. I can walk there, and get chips on the way home. Definitely living in the fast lane .. eh?

Potsy is having a very bad effect on me - it is his fault that I am thinking about chips.

Arch - in Fab Foodie's thread about his long drive back from somewhere in Europe, he has just suggested a joint venture in writing a sit-com called Bike-shop. I thought you might like to be the knowledgeable assistant.

Sounds like the Hebden Bridge Picture House, lots of legroom and the refreshments are mugs of tea and home made cake!:hungry:
