jesus Ian - here's a cup of tea with a bit of something stronger in it.

Are you ok? What happened? Is the bike ok?

Bruce Parry's Greenland was not affected by the darts. It was a very good programme, worth watching. I have visited Iceland (no, not the shop  ).

I watched it too, very educational. Some bits were quite distressing for an animal lover like me, though hands up who else would like a pair of Polar Bear pants?

I thought it was amusing when the Innuit said "Polar Bear" for the trousers, "Seal Skin" for the boots, and "Shopping" for the jacket. If you want to have polar bear trousies, I think you have to eat Walrus eyeball first!

Thanks for the Tea, biccies and sympathy good people.
Just hit some ice at too much speed and the bike went from under me. Luckily it was a back street so no traffic about.

Nowt wrong with the bike except the silver top cap on one of the leavers broken which is a pain in the arse.
Nice big laceration on my elbow and one on my knee. Some nice scabs to pick at later....

more peeved about my jacket and leg warmers to be honest.

* continues in frivolous mood *

Yes, I know that Spandex is very nice, but why was he covered in whipped cream?

* must really get out more *

Only you could turn such an innocent post into such smut Speicher  . The whipped cream was very nice, as was Spandex .

Glad to hear you're OK Ian. If you move quickly are there still any sales on where you could replace your jacket and leg warmers?

Sorry to hear about the off Ian, it was a bit slippy here first thing, rain falling on very cold ground....

Nice and wet all morning, so that I've been damp all day.

Tea?

I guessed, or hoped, you would see the funny side. I am sure that Fnaar could have done much better than me, though, as regards smuttiness. ;)

Fnaar would be having a field day with Arch's quote
