Yes, jam doughuts definitely. Freshly baked and with a slightly crispy outside, not the soggy concoctions that some supermarkets sell.

I agree on the crispiness bit - soggy is disappointing. Although I think that can be a place for a less greasy, more cakey style doughnut too. On a plate, next to to a big mug of tea.
