Yes, Waitrose does have a lovely selection of cakes. But in fact the special offer is from Ocado, which delivers Waitrose products, but sadly not the fresh cakes. *

The Ocado website is very much easier to use than the Waitrose one.

Potsy, there are plenty of biscuits on the list, but they are the sort that Tasha and Leo would like, not ones for peeps on diets. I have ordered some Waitrose curries, like Jalfrezi and Rogan Josh, as they might be less calories than take-away curries.

* I will see if this position has changed, as they do some absolutely yummymost Baklava.

Waitose have sent me a voucher to get twenty per cent off an on-line order with them this week.

On the list so far: Cat Food, wholemeal teacakes, porridge, yoghurts, any one got any special requests?

I don't know if they still do,. but they used to do some rather nice wholemeal shortbread fingers....

I have been very good today, and have enough points left to have a waffle with maple syrup for dessert.

Have discovered bovril as an alternative to drinking tea all day, low calorie and makes a nice change.

Those custard creams look a bit too posh for me Speich, Tesco value ones are my preferred option

Have had a slight relapse and eaten half a pack of Jaffa Cakes and an egg mayo sandwich for supper

Am telling myself that it's only calories that I burnt off on the way home anyway
