Tea? (Part 2)

Hi tea folk and Esmerelda

Bit nippy out there tonight, but my legs are not as sore as I thought they'd be after yesterday, must be getting slightly fit

Have decided on no supper tonight, need to get a good deal of weight off before the next hilly ride in 3 or 4 weeks, have averaged 1lb per week this year 8lbs total

I am not sure that "no supper" will help you loose weight. If you do not eat enough ( ) your metabolism slows down. Depends what you have already eaten today.

The Thai meal was excellent, accompanied by a half pint of Indian Pale Ale. So I am still a heavy drinker!

Had it been half a pint of gin that would be something to brag about.

I have eaten 2 decent meals today and had a yoghurt as a post commute snack this afternoon, no danger of me not eating enough Esmerelda, just I would normally start looking for something for supper after a late shift and I have decided not to any more, will have a cuppa instead

We've had glorious sun all day! First day out on the round with just a long sleeved jersey and hi-vis vest, instead of the winter coat. And then my boss and I had a bout of OCD/spring cleaning and did some sorting out in the big lock up - the side facing the sun was radiating heat inside.

Really felt like spring had arrived.
