There was a rather nice sit up and beg at the auction I was at today, but it was a bit too big for me. Rod brakes and an everything.

Thanks. Turns out it wasn't a miscarriage, as such. S/he died and J had to be induced - she was four and a half months along. Her husband's wonderful, as are their two boys, and her parents live close by. Her mother had five miscarriages before J came along, so she couldn't ask for better support, and nothing but time will ease her pain.

But still, knowing one of your friends is hurting that much is pretty horrible.

In lighter news, Oli is much better, and the swelling's gone down, and he's using his sore mouth as a great excuse to have ice cream more often. Seems the front wheel of a tricycle got jammed on something and he went over the bars. I've told my sister to teach him the word 'faceplant'.

Also on a lighter note, I am wondering if Night Train's new trailer has passed its MoT test?

Along with copious amounts of biskits, can it carry a mug of Tea?

I suppose if I used a flask it could carry tea for a mug. Anyway, the fabric is waterproof so it could carry a pint of loose tea.
