Ah! Rain!!!!!!

Feels cooler already. Heavy stuff too, as I type, the downpipes on the building opposite have started to overflow and fountain at the joints.

Can't quite believe I'm typing this but I'll pass on the tea ... it's a bit hot here for hot drinks. :bravo: for :sun:

Going to take the bike out later when it's cooled off a bit. Must remember to take my lights.

I'm on tap water with ice :becool:

I went out to have a look at an Ebay bike today. The weather was warm and sunny and I went via the scrap yard to sell some more metal.
When I got there the heavens opened and bike viewing had to be done in the back of a Land Rover. They wanted too much money, well, more then I had to spend and so I declined and said I would bid instead.
When I left it was sunny again.

I took the hack bike out for a ride this afternoon when I got back, didn't get very far, saddle too low and no tools. Odd, I didn't notice the saddle being low last time I was out on it. Or maybe I did but forgot to adjust it. Can't remember. I did adjust it today though so it will probably be too high tomorrow.:huh:

Maybe you've grown? ;)

Right, I better log off, and do some parcel wrapping. I have some dragon themed items to post.

You know how yesterday, I was wishing for a really good thunder/rain storm to clear the air a bit?

<looks for 'dripping wet' smiley>

We'd just got back and started unloading when the thunder started. We had every sort of thunder, from distant rolling to that type that sounds like corrugated metal would sound like if it could be torn. And hail. Still, we found out that you can get three people in Beryl's cab, if one of them is short and doesn't mind standing up with their neck cricked against the cab roof.

Still, never mind. I got home to find an Ebay purchase waiting. At the age of 42, I've just acquired my first Technical Lego.

Tea?
