Arch, I am guessing that you will need some help with the Technical Lego.

What are you going to build?

It is extremely hot and :sun: :sun: :sun: here, with a pleasant breeze.

Time for tea and a toasted cheese sandwich.

Hot here too today.
I had a bit of cheese on my salad, need some scales to accurately keep a track on the calories, any reccomendations?
By my rough count I have 200 left for a light snack or maybe a glass of milk later
Oh the joy of being on a diet

Jo- At least we now know where you get your looks from

Potsy, I do not think you need to weigh the salad.

Oh you mean whey the cheese?

Here's an idea, which means you can save your money for more exotic items.

Weigh 100 g of cheese. Then, for instance, if you want to eat 20g as a portion of cheese, cut the block of 100g into five equally-sized pieces. Yes, I did say equally-sized. Or if you then want to have 40g on a jacket potato, use two portions. Next time you want a sandwich in a hurry, you do not have to weigh the cheese, as you know each little block is 20g.

According to the (accurate) scales at the Gym, I have lost two pounds in about two weeks.

Arch, I do have one question about all these bikes you now have.

Which one does Seamus like to ride? Has he tried them all yet? Or is he very lazy and sits on the sofa all day?

Seamus has his own bike. I'm at work now, but when I get home, I'll dig out the photo....;)

Good tip that Spike but what if I want 32 grammes?

I have found some scales for £10 little digital ones that should be perfect for my needs, difficult part now is working out things like salad cream, what I call a portion if different from what they say on the label

Have had a good 4 days now, been very disciplined and cycled tp work every day. Will have a weigh-in on Saturday and see what the damage is
