I got one of the Brompton touring panniers t'other week. Or a T Bag, as the lable has it.
I have yet to use it in earnest. I'll try it out with some shopping later.

On another topic entirely I had to look up a word today that I guessed was not suitable for this forum but wasn't sure. I was right

I humiliated a man today. He was riding a double boingy BSO with the saddle too low, and I overtook him and left him behind, He came past me when I was getting going having stopped at a pedestrian crossing, muttering about me being in the way, and then sat in front of me at 1mph less than I wanted to do, but I couldn't pass him due to traffic. He kept looking round and seeing me sitting on his tail, and he had to stand up on the pedals to keep speed up. I needed to turn off before I got the chance to pass him again.

I wish I'd been on the Brom, that would have completed his shame.

(He deserved it, before I caught him I saw him weave through traffic and hop onto the pavement to pass the queue)

Tea?

Trust you to bring down the tone of 'tea'

Moi, lower the tone? Go on, tell us what the word was, you can always use a really, really small white font...

Bet he persuaded himself you only pretended to turn off because you couldn't keep up with him

A Brompton?, you say?

Hey, Night Train, paging Night Train!

I just saw a report by Orla Guerin from Gadaffi's underground bunker. Among the wreckage and abandoned stuff, she pointed out a 'motorised scooter, like a golf buggy'.

There might be a useful motor in that, get in quick!

;)

That's a Club Car, it'll have a very similar motor to the 7" one I had in my tractor. The controller will probably be similar too.

Do you think he will miss it?
