ah sorry folks, I thought more people knew what roller racing was.

You have the fixed gear bike with front forks supported and clamped in to the rollers and you pedal for as fast as you can for 500m. two or four people can race at a time and your bike is rigged up to this giant clock at the back and the arm moves for your bike, so it's a race to see who can get to 500m first and of course getting a fast time.

Unfortunately the wasnt really about much on my ride so arm warmers were requires, but at least it want but it appears someone has stolen my nice strong hill climbing legs and replaced them with someone elses and the prime suspect is posty.

I'm surprised the bike could carry the extra bulk you must have put on since July, hope you pumped the tyres up

No rain here yet, have just been sitting in the garden with the cats, fat's is very happy to pose for the camera unlike Speicher's cat who we are still waiting to see

It should be ok as it is higher up the range than yours and yours seems to pull you around ok, and of course I am still lighter than you after all
