Granville, with the smaller sprocket, has increased cruising speed from 10mph to 17mph.
I hope tonight's commute to the theatre is uneventful, and dry.

I also found out that the dragging front brake becomes free if I loosen the reaction arm clamp. Adding a shim to it doesn't help so I will just run it slightly loose for now. I might have to make a different type of clamp that doesn't squeeze the reaction arm to the fork leg to stop it moving.

I've just had tea with two rhubarb and custard Danish tarts.:hungry:

It should be ok as it is higher up the range than yours and yours seems to pull you around ok, and of course I am still lighter than you after all

Ah but you'll be putting your winter 2 stone on soon Phil

Are you doing SOM in a couple of weeks? That'll test your legs out ;)

Bloody typical, them Scandanavian Europeans coming over here, doing jobs our British tarts could do.... What's the going rate for having tea with a guy, and did you get their numbers out of a phone box?
;)

So. You're cruising at 17mph?

I just about manage 12 these days.

But :bravo: anyway... ;)

I'm still snotty but gradually feeling less dead.

My off bike/winter weight is here but I am managing to control it better than I was so I should hover around this all winter hopefully

I have signed up for it so I will see how I feel and what the weather is like but my climbing legs need a bit of work in the next 2 weeks so if I dont feel like it only wasted £4.50

Blimey. I think my legs need smaller sprockets.

I clocked 20mph on the way home tonight. I left the theatre early as I wasn't feeling too well. I figured I should leave sooner before I was feeling too rough to ride home. It was a bit of a wobbly ride every so often so stayed on the cycle paths where I could.
Got left hooked by a Merc though. I was right on the stop line going though a traffic light and the Merc over took me indicating left and had to use the wrong side of the road, on the left, to be sure of not hitting me. How good of him!

Need tea now.

Oh gawd, NT, you'd better start handing out your computer condoms. We have ourselves an epidemic.

There, there, Potsy, it will be ok. You will survive this bout of manflu, I promise. Either consume the medicinal cold remedies of your choice and you'll be all better in a week or just less or MTFU and get on with it and you'll be back to your old self in 6-7 days.

*passes tissues*
