Hi Bobby good day out shame about the result. Wish Caley had got at them earlier on instead of respecting them. Definite lack of atmosphere but I suppose it must be hard to motivate yourselves. They will all be in a different frame of mood on both sides come the League cup quarter final.
We walked out through the east end to game and apart from some of bars in the Barrowlands it is almost as if you wouldn't have known there was a football game on. Its only when you get to the ground there is a crowd.
Ground is very impressive apart from the view from the away section in the old stand. Got the train back because it rained but still a good day out @Bobby Mhor
I only remember the old stadium which was an experience, I'm not a great believer in all seated plus I wonder how they can modernise and still have seats with restricted views.
The Barrowlands..
the best music venue I have ever been in and has the best pint in that area( only when concerts are on).. a dodgy area if of wrong colours:ohmy:
A day out, the football was minging but you survived Glasgow

My mate was saying he has been down and seen some cracking gigs there. I remember a Simple Minds bootleg album from there many moons ago.

Morning/evening all :hello:. This coming Tuesday is a public holiday in Australia's state of Victoria, something about an insanely expensive horse race... yeah, weird, I know . So I did the right thing, and used up one of my many accumulated days of annual leave for tomorrow! Thus, my weekend is only half over!

A better way to finish the night I couldn't think of Blue (well maybe I can, but how often do to Swedish girls offer a <cough> Nightcap) ??

Enjoy the last part of your Hols Blue :hello:
The karaoke ended with me singing a duet in Greek with a 30 year old Cypriot lady who offered me private Greek lessons when I return next year! I knew that learning to sing in Greek was a good idea!!!!
