Sorry no biscuits or cake to be had anywhere. as i'm on a diet. Never mind, only another 300 lbs to lose and then i'll be fine i'm only joking folks, its only 250 lbs to go really.. No time for Cycle Chattin' yesterday, busy, busy Bee.

Much the same today.

Try a little harder though.

Been a bad morning, got a brown envelope with a photo of my car through the letter box, overstaying my welcome at Mc D's. £100 fine (that I won't be paying).

At the time myself & 2 colleagues were eating & drinking there & I had been to the staff & told them I had stayed over the stipulated time.

"No problem" she said "it happens all the time, write down your reg & I will e-mail them now" so I did.

Now I have a demand for fine payment.

On top of that (I feel like an old man now), I fell down the stairs this morning, slipper fell off & I crashed through the baby gate banging both elbows, hip, head, cutting both wrists - one cut by my watch & bruised & I smashed my ingrown toenail toe into the wall

apart from that, lifes grand.

Not having a good day. I am absolutely shattered after a very restless night. I feel all emotional and crabby. I shall go and ride my bike and see how I feel later.
