On another note...I've yet to play the Mahjong game that SL and WD recommended, however when I came down earlier this morning my son was in the front room already waiting for me - and of course soon after, his breakfast - to arrive.
He was playing a game on his tablet... you guessed it...
He's normally shooting blinking monster aliens or flinging Ninjas about but no, now patiently moving picture tiles...

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.

It does have a habit of being very addictive.

Another glorious day here although just starting to get a bit breezy. 44 miles cycling including some hills, meeting a large flock of sheep being moved on the roads and the most cyclists I have ever met on a ride. Seemed to be groups every few miles. Lost count.

That's the most miles I've done in a week since last May so I think tomorrow will just be a very gentle tootle to let the legs recover.

The rest of the day will be very relaxing. Lunch, a short dog walk then over to Dads for the rest of the day.

Phew..44 ? well done..
I was hoofing down the back road between Largs and Greenock yesterday and it was literally a constant stream of cyclists either way, I was most jealous.
The weather fair brought them out.
Must get myself over the road to Largs for a fish supper sometime..
