Blooming freezing outside.
I've only had half an hour's sleep. Hubster has restless leg syndrome and keeps kicking me. A firm knee in my sore back got me back up and getting a bit of extra guitar practice in. Being kicked half the night is really really telling on me now. This is the 2nd night of no sleep this week. I'm starting to feel very cranky. My concentration levels are way down and I'm absolutely bloody exhausted.
I think that I am going to put a bed in the spare room (full of guitars and bikes at the moment) and move in to there, because if I don't get some proper sleep soon, I think that I am going to go mad.

I think that it's a great plan. On average I am losing 2 whole nights of sleep a week nowadays. I tend to go to bed after Hubster to give him time to drop off and to minimise getting kicked but the restless legs are getting worse. Most nights I get a good 4 or maybe even 5 hours sleep but very often it's 1 or 2 hours. Sunday night - monday morning no sleep at all. I gave up and got up. Last night, 30 minutes in bed and then just gave up and got out of the way of his kicking legs. We've a king sized bed but I now think that 4" of solid brick wall between us might well be the best idea. I'm feeling really cranky. I have to go to Guitar w*** today and be nice to people, quite frankly, I'm not feeling very night right now.
