Had a nutribullet disaster this morning, I either packed it too full or didn't tighten the lid enough - beetroot juice everywhere!! Mrs Fu not impressed

Glad it's not just me that's a disaster in the kitchen!

A bit of a covering here too and with temperatures just under freezing not sure what it will be like out. Might try jogging with the pooch but if it's too slippy will just revert to a brisk walk instead.

No. I'd never get through Edinburgh if I couldn't jay walk - sometimes the bus lanes are the safest places for a pedestrian.
