Now cycle commute today as I'm off to the hairdressers after work. No point in paying all that money then sitting helmet on top.

This is preparation for Friday night which is

Rained most of the night here. Roads will be very puddly but it is currently fair but windy. Might try a wee spin. Not looking forward to cleaning a filthy bike yet again though. Trying to think of a wee route that I won't be heading into the wind too much.

I often don't... wouldn't today if I hadn't taken car to place of meal break...

drivers are often scheduled to take meal breaks on the bus or in a filthy cesspit of a company car that is also a danger to all *we are talking about a £300 banger here*.

Not allowed to go in a pub & if you want to take your own food/butties whatever, you can't on those shifts.

Gonna call the H&S Exec in one day
