Last night I watched Cadel Evans inaugural Great Ocean Race, recorded on Sky+ box.

Looked a really good event & I was wowed by the scenery & the 18 & 20% ramps around Geelong

Looked like an affluent area Geelong from the helicopter & bike footage, is it prime real estate round thataway ?

Our property search continued yesterday with a viewing, didn't really like the property as it was but loved it's plot/position... Short 1k walk to a NT undeveloped beach through countryside, not overlooked, plenty of level grounds, space to extend..hmmmmmmm... layout rubbish, rooms small, needs a lot of work to get it to flow properly...hmmmmm....
