T3? it doesn't have any inline adjusters - one of the ways they saved money.

No the T3 has inline barrel adjusters up by the shifters in front of the handlebars. The new bike is the BTwin Alur700 and I cannot see any adjusters, I will have to be brave and unscrew the clamp and pull it through.

I did manage to restore all three front rings on the T3 this morning. I haven't used the granny ring for ages. I'll be able to head for the hills again now.

my Fuji which replaced my T3 has them much further down - both on the actual derailleur and also on the down tube... not sure I have any photos that I can give you but they are much better than those inline adjusters of the T3 that I tend to ignore or not count the T3 ones!

As no riding this morning I turned my attention to the new road bike and fettled the gears, it's ridable now but only on the small ring, I cannot get it to go on the big ring. Well at least I can take it for a spin next time I'm free!

So now time for

Not even used this one yet. I did about 6 miles on the meduim but realised it was to small so swopped it for a large back at Coventry store. It's such a faff to have to keep going back I'd rather pay lbs to sort it out.
