Written complaint to the Practice Manager. All medical conversations are supposed to take place in private.

I have wandered about complaining about their attitude in the past, but feel nothing would be done.
They seem untouchable. Just receptionist's at the end of the day but not in their estimation.
I think the manager would support them and what then?
