I was wondering.
Coffee at work & Ovaltine at home.

No just tea at work for me. Ovaltine is the wind down sleepy potion drink for bedtime.

I always choose to use skimmed milk, preferably fresh but UHT will do.

I take my own as they all seem to use full fat milk so its the default setting when they restock the fridge.

Freshly filtered, straight from the cow was best.
UHT as a last resort only.

I grew up on a diary farm in the sixties. We used to get it in a pail and still warm. I can't remember the name of the curds or whey, or the really really creamy bit that mum used to set in a warm oven and then serve it like a pudding.
