Just a wolk to an amazing smell of freshly baked bread. Well not exactly freshly baked,, a packet of those part baked roll things from Aldi you pop in halogen oven for 7 minutes, but still smell as delicious.Non for Mave though, trying to give up wheat.
Off to carboot soon to find a bargain though not sure what.

Ahh but its that old conundrum. Is it food that is extremely beneficial and healthy that useualy tastes pants and doesn't satisfy? Or, something that just ticks all the taste bud and craving desires but also clogs up your system.

I had neither
Tomorrow sees the start of me buckling down and not eating cr*p anymore.
I've put on weight and I'm extremely unhappy with myself.
